The Event Concierge

Every event deserves a touch of sass and we can help you acheive that on a budget. We pamper you from the beginning to the end while making your dreams a reality.

Bridal & Baby Showers, Tea Party, Book Signing Packages

3-4 hours facility rental
seating for up to 30-50 guests
Special time slots: 

Fri 7pm-10pm, Sat 11am-2pm or 3pm-6pm & Sun 1pm-4pm

Space Rental Package Only

$350

(without decor) You are more than welcome to bring your own equipment, design team, caterer, DJ and photographer 2 hour setup, 3-4 hour event and 1 hour breakdown

Basic Package

$450/$550

(with décor)

 Linen (black or white), Tables, Chairs-folding (black or white) Wooden or Chiavari Chairs additional fee and Event Coordinator

Premium Package

          30 people - $550 or 50 people-$650

(with event coordinator, basic centerpieces-upgrade additional fee, Linen (black or white),Tables ,Chairs-folding (black or white) Wooden or Chiavari Chairs additional fee 

Color Paper-Plates, napkins, cups and eatery

Use of our chaffing dishes and serving utensils with fuel, candy bar dishes, cake platter

Staff

Note: Plates, Cups and Napkins can be upgraded for an additional fee

SETUP & CLEANUP

non-alcoholic beverages & 3 Hors’doeuvres platters

Platinum Package

30 people - $850 or 50 people-$950

Restrictions Do Apply

Note: All bartenders must have a license to pour and insurance for alcohol beverages. We are not responsible for accidents that may occur on or off primacies due to alcohol consumption. Security must be on primacies license and bonded. We setup & clean up. You are responsible for your DJ or music. All balloons must be tied on a weight otherwise there is a $30 ceiling removal fee.

*Prices are subject to change without notice. To book a non-refundable 50% deposit/retainer is due at booking and balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
